Ripped Off by fredsm14stocks

I ordered this from www.fredsm14stocks.com beofre my first Appleseed last fall:

Freds Rifleman Package - GI Shooting Jacket with Targets & Guide

The online order form didn't have a place or a way to add the $2 extra for the XXL LH shooting jacket I ordered along with the targets when I completed the order. A few weeks later I got everything but the jacket.

I've since tried calling all of the phone numbers on their contact page as well as filling out the feedback form online and have heard nothgin back from them. The only thing I haven't tried is their snail-mail PO box, which is next.

Has anyone had a similar experience or do you know a backdoor way to get hold of these folks? I'm very disappointed this online retailer is so closely associated with Project Appleseed if this is how they do business.

They really don't care if they sell anything or not. And if they do, it's when they feel like getting around to doing it.
This time of the year it's too cold in the warehouse.
When it's warmer there's other things to do besides work in the warehouse.
I've otdered from them before, and usually got what I ordered plus other stuff they threw in. But it's always taken a long time to get anything from them. A long time.
If you don't know that going in it will frustrate you.
There are many threads floating around about Fred's.
It is what it is.

Don't like him or his business ethic. Some of the stuff he used to write about in Shotgun News was pretty out there too.

I never did get that shooting jacket and now I suppose they are going to tell me they are out of them. Total B.S. Yeah, this pisses me off.
