No. Nor was the guy who fired shots into the air in the mob that was chasing Kyle charged. (And he was known, and testified at trial.)

All the new things that come to mind now because of everything going on people getting arrested for calling cops on a squatter in their home and get arrested I am still sometimes surprised that Kyle was let go. I agree with it don't get me wrong but I feel like that was the last of the line and if it happened now he would have gone to jail its just getting bad
