Shinglevent 2, they sell it at lowes and menards.
Install the ridge cap over it with 2.5" roofing nails.
Cut back the ride 1.5" on each side of the peak.
In my opinion, the 750 vents work just as well if there are enough installed on the roof and your soffit vents are open and suffiecent in numbers.
When you repair the holes from the 750 vents make sure you catch 3 rafters, not just two. If you catch only two with osb it will sag over time.
