"Used", but basically installed onto my 57, then sold the 57. So in very good - excellent shape. Comes with the hardware originally included, but I did have to buy and modify my own hardware as the hardware Ruger supplied didn't work with my optic setup.
$10 cash located in Noblesville and would have to meet in that area.. or $15 shipped.
