ruger 77/357 does the job

with barnes XPB bullets.. the .357 will drop a buck with 1 shot...

hit him from 20 yards and he made it about 40 ... bullets passed thru the chest and out other side.. no lack of penetration..

Awesome, keep workin on the pics. I'm trying to get the job done this year with my 77/44, have been very tempted to buy one of those 77/357's to keep it company.

the nice thing about the 77/xx rifle is they are all the same.. I can pick up my 22 hornet or my 357 and don't have to remember where the safety...

I had big plans to ream out a 77/357 to. 357 Max. I kinda ran out of time.

I might see if the .44 mags will cycle the .445. Does anyone know?

don't know about the 44 but i can tell you the 357 will be a single shot if you make it 357 max ..
the mag had problems with some of my long reloads for 357 mag..
