For some folks (not sure how many/universal it is yet) the rear "shoulder" of the frame seems to irritate the knuckle at the base of the thumb (up to and including removing skin).

Besides the possibility of the pistol bothering the hand, I didn't hear one thing in that video that would make someone want to buy that pistol, even if it didn't bother their hand. It's heavy, ugly among other things.
