My experience says sandbags can provide a more stable rest than the "pistol rests".

Well time is up and all entries are accounted for. Thank you all for trying and I hope you enjoyed your time shooting. I know Whip shot great at 50' and would be the winner if we were shooting from that distance hands down. Staying in the constraints of the comp rules I'm going to say by a thin margin that scottka is the winner. Congratulations Sir and thank all of you for your participation. You guys made it a very close competition, hats off to all of you.

Great shooting scottka. Thanks for the competition, bcannon. It was something fun to do during the plague. It would have been nice to see a few more shooters enter, but I think scottka's tight group scared some shooters off.
