looks kind of like the Lehigh Defense penetrator rounds.

Edit to add: I'm glad to see Ruger get into the ammo business, I hope they offer some competition for plinking ammo as well as the fancy SD stuff (Sig also makes some fancy SD ammo)

My dad came into a few hundred rounds of it when they opened a new shop near him (Central Ohio) and it looks interesting.. there was a really cool writeup in July's Guns & Ammo as well..
