    ...getting spiffs and unexpected items sent to you when your money is being spent on a company's product - that you could of bought elsewhere - is just plain ol' good business. Keeping the customer happy not only with his/her good decision buying your product but also the long distance pat on the back from corporate says a lot about the company and its leadership/ownership. Good job outta Ruger for having the foresight to show customer appreciation.
