    A Dremel with a wool polish wheel and some flitz metal polish and 10 minutes can do wonders to improve.

    Now it sounds like you're talking about doing actual work!

    Plus, I am no longer allowed to handle or use dremel tools. Not since . . . the incident.

    Remember to dry fire with an empty magazine in place to avoid damage. Or just remove the magazine disconnect (striker block) in the slide.

    and youre busted... you sir are practicing
    by your own logic you are cheating.

    Well, you are right of course. I am not above cheating, but I am usually too lazy to cheat very much or very well. Laying in a recliner dry firing at the ceiling tiles is . . . low energy.

    Will do! I should have ditched that thing when I had the striker to c-c-c-clean it.
