    Got to give a big +1 on they're customer service. :rockwoot:
    I was at the range and having problems with my P95. The left side safety was popping out every shoot or two. If I keep shooting it would fall out completely. So I called them and their suggestion was to bend the extractor a few degrees. So I did and was still having the same problem. So I called back but wasn't able to talk to the tech. So I left my name/# and didn't expect to hear back form them until later in the day or tomorrow. With in 30 minutes I was talking to the tech. after a breif conversaion he sent me a new extractor. Didn't evan ask me to pay for the shipping. Everyone I spoke was very nice and helpful.

    I had problems with my MKIII and they replaced with another, sent the pres a letter thanking them. Tech support was also very helpful and the customer service mgr and I were on first name basis for a while. Two thumbs up.
