The Union Worker: It doesn't work, and you can't fire it! :D

Sorry, but I just could not resist! FWIW, I was a union rep when I worked at the GE plant in Fort Wayne during 1969-1975. I have worked in non-union shops that specialized in killing and maiming its employees, and in union shops where I was told to stop busting the rates (I was only running the machine for four hours of the eight-hour shift) or the union goons would kill me. I know both sides of the argument. Just enjoy the humor. You have to admit it is funny. ;)

As a former (read outsourced and bankrupt company) UAW worker, I not only find it funny, but also right on the mark!

Way to go. You put it out there and it was a hit. As former UAW member, I too was rolling on the floor.
