Run don't walk to your local Rural King. I see the indo market place is gonna get flooded with Sigs in the near future. Buy one, sell the other or keep them both.

Rural King in Lafayette and Terre Haute has/had them. I almost bought one of these this morning...but the problem is the 1911 is $930+tax and I can get it online for $750. So you're really paying $250 for the 22.

It's a Sig sponsored deal, not a Rural King deal or Midwest Gun Exchange deal. I've seen it everywhere for a few weeks now. LGS, Gander etc.

If I am going to drop 1k on a 1911, its not going to be a Sig. I would rather have one that didnt deviate from the original foundation so much. Not that they arent great guns, but to me the external extractor just takes away from the beauty and simplicity of the design.

It looks like guys are starting to have problems even getting $300 out of the .22 when they try to sell it. There is only so many the market can support.

I got the deal online for 899, but wanted them both so not too worried about selling them. I can use the .22 to teach the boy how to shoot when he is a little older.

I saw the same deal and there are more out there. I agree, you can buy the same guns for less. I just don't need two more guns to sell them for a break even or make a few dollars for a lot of work.
