    Add to above: It sits on 40 acres of my great grandparents farm. Bordered by Manistee National Forest to the west. My sister and her husband bought the 40 to the east. No hunting on the 80 behind us but I have access to their lake.

    Anybody with cabins have problems with squatters? I would think that these days it would be something to watch out for. I had to chase some off my ground two years ago.

    Just break-ins. Had a few. Caught them on two occasions. I spoke at the sentencing one. No problem since I gated the drive, knock on wood.
