Not the original owner, so I don't know the total round count, but it is very low. I put two mags through it for function check when I bought it, and it has sat in the safe ever since.
Comes with everything as stock from factory. Two 8 round magazines, three backstraps, manual, lock, box, etc. Still has original chamber flag. Standard three dot sights.
