Seriously. FREE PIG FAT! - GONE
I have one or two (too cold to go check the freezer now, it's in the garage) bags of pig fat from the last couple half hogs we bought. Probably at least 20# if memory serves.
It is from pasture-raised organic pigs...we haven't had the time to render into lard, so it's up for grabs.
Render it, mix it in with your game meat for sausage, or whatever you can think of.
You must pick up on the West side of Indy.
I also have some beef heart and liver from grass-fed organic Black Angus if you're interested.
