so that completes our burger buns
larry = 40 hot dog buns
wolfden = 30 hot dog buns
so i'll get 50 hot dog buns to get the 120 we need

we are not feeding them until then end. then we give them the sugar stuff for the ride home. LOL

Silly Jedi. Four 22lb bags of ice won't fit in my cooler. Probably won't fit in mine and Larry's combined.

i just bought the remaining dog buns.
we have all the burger and dog buns we need based on 120 people.
what i need is liquids and peanut-free deserts.
i got enough powder mix to make 5 gallons of red stuff.
going to rent a 5 gallon water cooler from McDs as well and will make a purple drink in it.
so that is 10 gal.
Lone you have 15gal (total) of water coming right?
and there is one more 5 gal container coming right?
so perhaps a case of water to help offset and we should be ok liquid wise.
i went to miejer to buy oreos individuals 6 cookies per pack, 12 packs in a box but they only had 1 box. new shipment comes tomorrow. will get 4 more boxes so we will have enough cookies for the 40 kids only.
gummy type item or oreos indivudal would help.

not sure we need 6 because i dont think we have enough coolers to keep 6 cases cold. =)

perhaps just bringing a rubbermaid tube to dump the ice and put the water bottles in there?

I do have a big party cooler (think the type you see at festivals) but cant take it with since i will have the car. 
we could use if someone takes it for me. then the 6 caces of water and pop/etc would fit. it's a big stand up hawaian punch cooler.

i have 2 coming with all the meat
i extra that i am borrwoing for drinks. got 50-8oz kool-aid like drinks for the kids as well at aldis. figure we can toss the water in there as well plus whatever pop comes (for us).
mro was bring a cooler along with lone (x2) i think. so ghat puts us at x5 useable coolers and x7 total coolers. we have 120 people at the event (kids, parents, ingo, dnr).
