SBR question

First of all is it legal to own a SBR in Indiana without a tax stamp? If so can i make one from an AR lower? kind of a n00b on some of this "mini ar stuff" so any clarification is appreciation. Thanks!

You MUST have a tax stamp to own an SBR, yes (unless Department Issued - then the Dept owns it - not an individual officer)

Never, never get a SBR! They are bad!

Don't read about SBR's, don't look at SBR's, and definitely don't shoot one. They don't seem anymore expensive than regular guns, just a little extra paperwork. Sure, sounds easy enough. Don't fall victim to their power. It is impossible to have just one in your safe. They breed like rabbits and they will take all of your money. Then they want suppressors, then ammo, then eotechs, then more ammo. They are more expensive than kids!

If they would just enforced the "Nation Wife Law", our country would be a better place.

And I'd have way more guns.
