I was thinking this too. Of course they will most likely let the other tracks know, cooperate or lose the races. It will just be another banned item listed on the ticket. No guns. No knifes. No hard case coolers and no Rebal flags.

Yeah, it is possible.

Then it all becomes a matter of enforcement. They control the cameras, so they can limit anyone who breaks the embargo. At that point, people will need to smuggle them in and jump into victory circle or unfurl it near the finish line to get air time.
