    Hello everyone I'm Curious if there is anyone out there that can make me some scales for my ESEE 6 out of some wood i acquired while i was in Guam. or if anyone knows someone i could contact for this. Thanks

    Your wood should be dense enough and stable enough for making knife scales without having to stabilize. I have made many scale from tropical hardwoods and they work very well. My favorite knife wears Zebrawood scales now. Making scales is not that hard, it can be a very rewarding project. Use your old scales as a pattern, cut a little over size and slowly work your way down checking to your knife often. If I can be of any help feel free to contact me.
