Those knives do not have an independently set secondary bevel for the edge so sharpening them can be a pain IMHO (though very tough and sharp edge) I would recommend a diamond paste treated strop of the edge just needs touched up.
If you need to use stones you will basically have to freehand it and just deburr the edge and then hit it with the strop. You want to use stones or other abrasives of that nature very little here.
A belt polisher is phenomenal for these type of edges.
I think they are very easy to sharpen on a stone. They have only one bevel. You find that bevel on the stone and swipe away. So you keep that one bevel. I see a lot of people sharpening them at to high and angle giving them a “secondary bevel”
