SCAR sights...are these real?

I play the new Call of Duty on XBOX and I love the iron sights on the SCAR. But I don't know if they are the real sights or if they are just made up for the game. If they are real, does anyone know where I can buy them? Below is a picture of what they look like.

those are just the factory SCAR flip-up sights... not sure if those are some specific sights developed by FN or if its an aftermarket brand... either way their are plenty of rail mounted flip up sights on the market to choose from.

the rear sight isn't exactly as pictured and they a in fact sights made by KAC (Knights Armament)

Thanks for the quick replies guys. I'll have to look into getting a set of these.

The rear sight looks like the KAC 600 meter sight, but it is not.
The front sight is dovetailed into the gasblock.
