At most all Highpower events you are welcome to come and observe-- check with the match director of the event you want to attend for particulars. For the Wildcat clinic I believe they have some loaner rifles and equipment available-- again, check their website and contact the host.
I just saw a note that Fall Creek Valley Conservation Club fcvcc.org is offering a clinic "How to Shoot a Rifle Match" on May 24th. Another good opportunity!
