    When I was at Pike, it was stated that free busing would be provided to all students. I believe it was in that handbook. I actually got almost a full week of excused absences because I set up a camera and was able to prove that the bus driver was skipping my stop, never even came through the neighborhood.

    Note that I didn't have a car, it was just my dad and I, and he was legally blind and couldn't have driven me. I was the only one in the neighborhood who went to Pike (So there was no one nearby to carpool with.)

    What's a student supposed to do in that situation? :dunno: Go get on a city bus, 1st graders! At least you'll have your dad with you (until he gets off at his stop for work)!

    A little late now, I guess, but call transportation. If they're required to give you a ride, they'll fix it. Humans are fallible, and the computer programs come out with some notably stoopid crap sometimes. We have stuff like this every year and work it out.
