Scope for Designated Marksman Rifle

Ok guys looking at putting together a new ( to me ) weapon. I am looking at an AR-10 in 308 with match barrel and trigger, flat top. BUIS are mandatory, need a recommendation for what is most like standard A2 sights but will fold down out of the way of the optical system, but also will hold zero and not bounce around under the 308 recoil. Also need help on a scope and rings. My total budget is around 1500-1700 for scope, rings, and BUIS. Thanks in advance for the suggestions.
