Ok since we are having a smaller group I'm cutting way back on what I'm bringing. The weather looks to be cool out so no big water jugs or canapy. As of now I'm bringing my little grill to cook up the bacon and guns.

I'll have a couple of gallons of water and assorted 2L bottles of pop. Is someone bringing ice, or is there ice there?

What's the best way to get there, assuming I'm starting on 231?

I can NOT find my grill tongs. Actually I can't find the entire grill accessories!!!!
Can someone please bring grill tongs.

Decide quickly, so I can get more buns out if we need them.

I am bring 18 hot dogs and bob is bring another 18 so at least 30 buns please.

There is no water or ice at this place. It is out in the middle of no-where.
The bathrooms are big porter potties. I will be bringing "girl toliet items" in case anyone needs them but the potties are always clean.

As to how to get there depends on where you are coming from. PM bob and or GG for info since you are coming from their neck of the woods I think.


BTW I WILL NO LONGER BE UPDATING THE MAIN POST TOO CLOSE TO THE EVENT.
The car is packs, the cooler clean.
Need to do one final inventory check before I go to bed in an hour.

I'm a lot farther south. Not sure how to get there from Crown Point. I take 10 East from DeMotte.

I just cleaned up a pair of middle sized steamer pans to bring too. They should be big enough to hold the food we are cooking.

KLB is bringing ice and cooler. I'm bringing 4 2-liters of pop (I have more--do we need it?) and two gallons of water (and tongs). Jedi is bringing cups. I also have some chips and salsa if we need it.
