(Unlike when I was a kid, lots of Catholic churches now say that you can take Sunday's off from the lenten sacrifices.)

If I’m not mistaken, in NOLA, those are called St. Jonathan’s altars. They scroll them on TV like school closings so all the good Catholics know where they can get food and drink, and still be good.
