Haha, true. I always think about somekind of worst case scenario in which the homeowner is held liable. What a nightmare that would be.

There's a well known fella in Britain who shot a robber in his country home and was jailed for it - after he had been robbed numerous times before! I think his name is Peter Flanagan... but I suppose that's Britain.
