sell the pt111 or just buy a new gun?

If keeping it and buying a new gun is an option then I would do that! Do you not like it? If you dont like it and dont plan on using it then sell it, but if you like it I would not get rid of it.

If I were you I'd keep it and buy something else as well. If you want pocket carry for a 9mm look for a Keltec PF9 or a Taurus 709. I have one of the 709's myself and yes it will fit in a jean pocket, or even easier a coat pocket. Its slim, reliable and accurate.

The 3rd generation PT111's have the best triggers of the PT111's IMO.
They finally got it right on that model
