Being neighbors does not eliminate political motive. His vile anti-Trump comments tend to support it.

Reminder- Rand Paul was one of the Republicans on the field when they were attacked in June.

No, it does not. It may be political, but there isn't, currently, any evidence supporting that... especially given that Rand Paul hasn't been a reliable Trump vote.

I'd bet that it will turn out to be normal neighbor stuff. People will be people, even in the rich neighborhoods.

Maybe Rand's pitbull keeps getting loose and barking at the other guy's wife when she goes out for the paper in the mornings.

You would never see a news report on that. They would twist it into Rand barking at the guy's wife! :):

Apparently, Rand was riding his lawnmower with earplugs in.

I bet he ran over the guy's daisies and couldn't hear the guy complaining. So he came over and whacked him across the side of the head.

Senators are not authorized to ride John Deere's on a Friday when they should be in Washington doing nothing.

Socialists just can't tolerate conservatives. Looks like a long time feud finally came to a head. No worries, the wealthy attacker's time at the jail probably could be measured in minutes! On second thought, I'd think that the term wealthy socialist is an oxymoron.

You mean he is likely one of those like people named Clinton who preach socialist ideas while practicing their own brand of pseudo-capitalism with the deck stacked in their favor, or simply believes in socialism for everyone else but not himself?

or a president who hauls limbs at his own ranch

but honestly, compare Paul's lawn to all of his neighbors. He really should have a nicer lawn for the neighborhood he's in. Not something I'd tackle a guy over though
    I don't know, I hear that M.D.'s are crazy as bedbugs!
