    Looks more like an HK 43.

    They use the HK 417 to shoot from helicopters too but the stock doesn't seem to match.

    I agree, the first pic was either a 43 or 41. MP5s don't generally have a flash suppressor.

    Also 9mm is not the best caliber to stop a car or a small aircraft.

    That would be the .50 BMG since the Phased Plasma Rifle in the 40 Watt-Range hasn't been invented yet.

    Back when I was in the Army in Germany in the early 70's they had little VW Beetles for city police cars but they had Porsche 911's on the autobahn. All green.

    Those things are impressive.
    You can find any crash tests online of the different bollards and anti-vehicle gates.
