Quite by happenstance, we recently received two 'care packages' at my house at nearly the same time. One was full of stuff sourced from Jordan and Palestine from my brother-in-law. The other was full of New Mexico goodies from a buddy of mine who lives out there. I feel I should reciprocate, but tenderloins and Long's doughnuts don't ship well and microbrews aren't really a good option. What are fun 'local flavor' things from Indiana I could include? Something that will survive shipping and no alcohol.

Not sure when you are returning the favor. Indiana wine, Sweet corn or frozen sweet corn. My Sil lives in the mountains of Arizona and loves receiving sweet corn. Also loves when the wife sends flower seeds from our flowers. Haven’t been to het place yet to see how the flowers are progressing but she seems to like the thought anyway.

My BIL is in Turkey at the moment trying to arrange medical care for another family member, not sure when he'll return home. But after that. I'd like to do both simultaneously for logistical ease. Maybe a month?
