Cops just don’t hang out at the station watching Oprah, they’re not firefighters. Duh, everyone knows they hang at the donut shops! Also you have to have that pesky little thing called probable cause to make an arrest.Well, I heard on INGO they can make that up. Nor can you arrest for most misdemeanors not committed in your presence. Except for contempt of cop, you can arrest for that anytime, anywhere!
