I have seen in several places with reloaders that come with a compressor. I am just wondering what this is used for. I am new to reloading and was thinking about getting into shotshell soon. Thanks in advance for helping a noob out.

I wonder if that is for making compression formed hulls. This would allow making various lengths with a given brass casing. Either that or the part that actually compresses the hull closed.

possibly an automatic reloader??? Some are designed (higher end models) to work on there own and you just have to keep components full...

we have a winner. some reloaders all you have to do is press a button and it does everything that would happen when you pull the lever.

This is what I just upgraded too. it is not pneumatic but hydraulic.
