shot timer?

I am looking for a good shot timer, does anybody have suggestions.

I would like for it to be able to start on a buzzer and also start on the first shot.
Be able to tell me the time each round was shot.

I found this one and it appears to have good reviews.

I've got the Pocket Pro II and it works great for me even after dropping it a few times and banging around in the range bag. Seems that either version of the Pocket Pro is the choice for clubs that host competitions.

I got a pretty good FREE shot timer app for my smart phone. Doesn't have a ton of features, just basic shot timer but free.

I have the CED 7000 and I really like it. We use them at the club for our monthly IDPA matches and I bought one to use for my own personal practice. One of the amazing things is how long the thing will stay charged! Anything from CED is worth getting; I like the ease of the Pro Shot but the 7000 is smaller and I like all the information displayed right there like time and round count all on the same screen.

I tried to search the shot timer, but got so much stuff that didn't have anything to do with it.

I have a shot timer app on my phone that work's pretty good. Android App: IPSC Shot Timer. I have used the Pocket Pro, CED 7000, and Pact Club Timer 3 at local USPSA matches. They all have worked well.

On the CED7000 can you see the time that you took each shot or just the split?

for the iphone, shot timer from innovative applications is free and works well when you are on the range by yourself. I had to tweak the sensitivity and move the slider over about 40% of the way to the right or it would miss shots fired rapidly.

For each shot, it shows both the split and the total time from the buzzer. It also shows first shot time from buzzer.

repetitive mode, multi-pars, combined Comstock.... all make it a very capable training tool.

I've been using a CED 7000 for a while now and have been completely satisfied. I purchased the external battery pack so I could have a backup if the battery died but so far I've never needed it. Dusty is right, it lasts for a long time.

Competition Electronics Pocket Pro Shot Timer

This is the one I use, and I'm happy with it. Fairly intuitive, and good enough for my purposes. I still see a good number of them being used at USPSA matches, so they must not suck.
