Depends if I am in uniform or not. just about always have this one on me though. Has a window punch and seatbelt cutter and I prefer to be prepared for emergencies.

And now for the lower end of the spectrum...

Cheap knockoff knife I bought at the 1500 a year or so ago to experiment with. I removed a portion of the metal loop that was designed to allow your thumb to open it. It is now a great little off hand (left) wave function knife. Since it was cheap I use it like an everyday tool.

If I owned a knife that purdy, I'd have to pause, and think about how bad I wanted to stick in some BG and get it all dirty, before using it in SD.

I keep a black Kershaw leek on me at all times. Bought it at Walmart for $50. Nice and thin so it fits in the mini pocket in jeans. The blade tip is very acute & thin, I'm thinking about getting a tonto blade for durability and practicality.
Several years ago my wife got me an engraved folding KaBar, but its way too big to EDC. And it has my full name engraved on the blade. It seems weird walking around with my full legal name on a weapon I may use.

I love those damascus steel blades.

These are the three I had on me today.

The fixed blade is a Spyderco Street Beat

The big nasty looking folder is a Spyderco Civilian

The last is a Benchmade Griptillian that Ive taken the clip off of. I use it more for a utility knife but It could be used for SD.
