I did plan to change out to the larger frame module. I have been using the 12 round mag and like it, but the factory extension for it is sloppy at best.
I also feel like there is not enough real estate for a good grip on my P365, and I am also consistently 3-4" low at 10yd. Not more than 30 minutes ago, I ordered a #8 front and #10 rear sight from Ameriglo. I'll report my results here when I try it out.
    Please do, very curious.

Are you trying to use different sights to change your point of impact?

Also took Dean Crail's advice and ordered up the WCP365xl grip module. Wasn't aware of their existence until I read through this thread.

Search for a few videos on YouTube by Sage Dynamics and TPC (Tactical Performance Center). Both apply similar principles and can really change the shooting experience with pistols.

I'd swap to the WC grip module. Then work on the grip. You most likely won't need the sights to fix the problem.

I cannot wait to try this grip out. Feels like a whole different animal! The adapter for the 10 round mag makes it feel better than the stock 12 round.

Put mine on today as well, feels fantastic, no live fire yet. I didn't realise that you could use the pinky extension, I have the flush floor plate on now, will change that out so long as it doesn't print. I carry AIWB, and it prints practically zero, which is one of my favorite aspects of it.

I ordered an extension to use a 10 round with the new grip and I like the feel of it. I am going to find a comparable extension for the 12 round as well. The 10 round wouldn't work without it, it would be too short.

Another fan of the Wilson Combat grip module. I just installed it today, and it's the grip that Sig should have made for their guns. If anyone is considering one, get it.

Now I just have to get a better trigger...

I have the same problem with my 3” 1911. Thought it was me. Switched to the 5” and dead on. The barrel bushing is a bit worn so I ordered a new recoil spring/bushing kit.

Got to the range today with the WC grip module and Ameriglo #8 front, #10 rear. I experimented with sight pictures and grips quite a bit. Elevation was good for the most part with a "center" hold, with some bad misses obviously my fault. Definitely had a tendency to miss left 1"-2", shooting at 10yds. Came home and bumped the rear sight a tick right, hopefully it's good now. Unfortunately, my front tritium did go dark after drifting it in. I'm not changing it again, that was too damn hard.

I got to use the Wilson combat setup and I like it a lot. 90% of my problem is corrected. I am sure I will get better with time and practice, but this makes the 365 look and feel much better in the hand. The stock grip felt like a miniature pistol. The Wilson combat grip feel like a full size gun, but stashes away as good as the stock configuration.

I shot my new 365 over the weekend and was also hitting low left. All of my CZs were at point of aim. I tried the 12 round mags with the little grip extension and they seemed to pinch my hand. My friend had a 365XL and I shot it fine. Guess I’ll be looking for a WC grip module. Using the larger grip sorta defeats the purpose of having a small, concealable 9mm but his 365 was much more pleasant to shoot and more accurate.

Don't say that. You're gonna make me buy one

The XL module makes it same size as the 12 round mag, but feels better. I don't even notice the added length on the grip when carrying and it makes it fit the hand better.
