Sig P229 is excellent

Every sig I've ever fired has been outstanding and flawless. You pay for it though. Expensive guns. Except maybe the p320.

I like Sig metal guns, but I'll admit I wish they were steel instead of aluminum in the frame and receiver.

Sig 2022s are still reasonably priced. I have seen them advertised for under $400.00.

Some of them do have steel frames. The discontinued P226 ST was all stainless and deceptively heavy. If you need to pistol-whip someone, it's a great choice!
