Looking for a new subcompact 9. I have a g26 gen 3 and an xd9 sc. I am saving up for a 26 gen 4 but I don't know if I should try something new (p250 sc). Any better recommendations for subcompact 9?

The guns you already have are "better" than the Sig P250.

Personally, I'd pass - unless you get one for under $200. But that's just me (and yes, I have owned one...for a short time)

I enjoyed my p250 in full frame. DAO trigger was... a DAO trigger, but it was accurate and solid.. no more than 2 FTE in the first 100 rounds, flawless after that.

Honestly, I liked the way i felt, the one magazine I shot out of it. A guy at the range wanted to shoot one of my 228s and I swapped a mag for his 250.

I liked the way it felt... I hated the trigger. I don't mind the long trigger pull of the DAO, but I was sincerely shocked at how l-o-n-g it took for the trigger reset on release.

    Not for me.

Now, if I could find another one of those $325-350 SP2022s, I would be all over it.
