I have ordered one of the subject handguns. Then started looking into a threaded barrel for it (not my finest moment!!) So are there any threaded barrels out there compatible with the LCI ? What is my best alternate solution?
    Thanks!!!

Ah yes...the "Masshole." What a stupid "feature". It adds complexity to the gun, and is still no substitute for visually and physically checking the chamber to ensure a gun is empty. It's also not really a value-add on the P320/M17, since you can see a loaded round through the gap on the side between the barrel hood and slide. The biggest downside, though, is for guys who are wanting to mount a dot. All manner of soot and crud comes up through that hole and will foul your front glass...and it'll be even worse if you remove the LCI. Your two options are to remove it and leave a gap, or find a threaded barrel with the LCI cut. They're out there, you just have to look a little.
