Sig Sauer P290

I'm considering buying one of these for concealed carry. Does anyone have experience with this pistol?

Other than that it feels like a glock in my hand, no. That was enough to turn me off.

I've got one and had to return it to Sig twice due to light / non-existent primer strikes. Google up "P290 Light Primer Strike" and you'll find pages of hits. I finally narrowed it down to an ammo related problem and carry mine for a back-up, but I doubt if I would ever consider it for a primary SD weapon.

Sig was no help, they denied any problems with the weapon. After I told them there were pages of hits on the internet with folks having the same problem, their comment was "Well it isn't epidemic, just a few people having problems".
