I let my ex have my son as often as he wants and can. He needs time with his dad just as much as with me and I can't put a price tag on that

Argh, outta rep. This is great, it's never the kids' fault=rule number one. I don't speak badly about her Mother either or have her call kinda crap. To the OP, I forget the reason why you r a single parent, but with some sacrifice it will work out, Kudos to you. If it is divorce reasons just don't ever forget it's about the kids, I've been pretty upset before and have come close to forgetting that, but always find myself back on the right side of the line. Make the best of the tomes that you can because you can't get tome back. Best of luck
