Site supporter cost

Did I miss something? DId the cost of the site supporter status go up? Two night ago it was $11, now it is saying $15. Also I thought my status was supposed to be mid month as I originally signed up for it at the 1500, but apparently I was dropped at midnight and the next 1500 isn't for a couple weeks. Does this now mean that pay pal is not taking a portion of the money or are they still. I would rather all of my money go directly to the site versus some going to a third party.
