Hello, I have recently acquired two 45-70 made in Italy by Pedersoli. I believe they were sold by Cabela's and were fairly expensive when sold new. I did a search on here, but I would like to know more about them as they seem to be a very specific type of firearm. Anyone know of any sites that would focus on this type of rifle? I am probably looking to sell them and want to make sure I really know what they are first. Thanks in advance for any help. This is one of them.

I have that rifle. I got the sights from Pedersoli. Tang mounted, medium range peeps. The front sight is hooded and comes with multiple inserts. More accurate than I am.

Pedersoli Sharps. I presume it has a 30 or 32" barrel. Selling for 1500.00, maybe a little more. The sights and a couple hundred.
Next is a rolling block, originally made by Remington. About the same pricing, maybe a bit more.
    Both dang nice rifles.
