Has anyone been out driving around 465 area or anywhere around Indy/Brownsburg?

Have not been out on the roads yet but live in BBurg and it is coming down good right now. have 3-4 inches as of this morning with heavy wet snow continuing.

5 inches in the Wakarusa metro area. Snowing like hell since about 6 am. Not ready to go full Donner Party quite yet.

Big heavy wet snow flakes here on east side of Greenfield. Temperature is currently sitting at 35.7 degrees.

Edit- Pretty much as I finished this post it changed to rain.

I woke up at 7 this morning and the snowfall was really light and the flakes were small. I woke up at 11 and this is what I have now:

Still getting rain mixing in Franklin. Everything is all slushy looking now, but that will be hell to deal with once it freezes. Anyone know how it is down Brown Country way?

Seems like when I was a kid we always got snow like this. Now it seems we rarely get a mentionable amount.

Left Brownsburg at 1140ish, took me until 1330 to go 33 miles to Bainbridge in my Ford Focus.

Our snow gauge is showing 5-6" right now.

I was just standing at the front door having a smoke when I heard a "crack!". The snow here is VERY HEAVY and what I heard was a limb breaking and falling in a neighbor's driveway. It's hard to tell how much snow we've had, but it is very wet and heavy. Not a good situation for power lines.

Getting hammered up north. They closed down the college I work at until noon on Tuesday.

Heavy snow and high winds in Lake Co. I'm waiting to use the snow blower because as soon as I go over the drive the drifts will immediately return. I'm supposed to work at 4pm and await emergencies. UGH. Definitely in the "screwed" area.

Just rain here, up in Bedford. Traffic does seen much lighter than normal.

I knew Hamilton and Hancock were and just a few minutes ago heard about Marion. I'm working from home Monday and Tuesday, so I'm not planning on going anywhere.

According to the map Hancock county is not under a warning yet, and neither is Marion.
DHS: County Travel Status
