So are "grease gun" mags extinct?

I am currently looking for extra mags to fit a "MasterPiece Arms MPA10"

I have looked high and low for a "Grease Gun" Magazine .45 ACP 30rnd...

Is there something I dont know about, will I ever find any? Every site I find is sold out without back order..
