Found a house I really like that isn't in the armpit of Indianapolis. Ugh 10th and Rural.

It comes with really old jarred green beans and a bunch of MooMoo's or muumuu?

In the garage is an "oil burning" furnace. Anyone able to ID it? I didn't see any makers marks on it, and give me a history and parts availability for it?

Never had an oil burner murmur?

Having dealt with a legit oil fired boiler, you should look into a natural gas replacement.

Even with plenty of spare parts (nozzles, filters, etc...) you'll be spending a couple hours twice a season disassembling, cleaning and maintaining.

Agree 100% with this. If you can afford to replace it with a natural gas unit, you will be money and time ahead. A ceiling mount garage heater is the way to go.
