SOLD – Smith & Wesson 5903 SA / DA
Imported from Isreal by Century International Arms (CIA) with markings on bottom of hood.
I purchased this in January 2019 from a LGS who had about a half dozen of these and I was able to pick the best of the lot. I like the DA/SA platform and have other 3rd Generation S&W’s “safe queens” that I don’t shoot much, so I wanted a “range gun” to shoot regularly and planned on keeping this for a long time.
I cleaned it, replaced the magazine spring, follower, and base plate. I replaced the main spring, recoil spring, and firing pin spring with factory Smith & Wesson parts from Midway. (I saved all the original parts and they are included). I also replaced the curve back grip with a straight one.
I put about 400-500 rounds through it during several outings, never an issue.
It sits in the safe now after a DEEP detailed clean and fresh lube for storage.
Reason for selling is after getting it home, cleaning it up, and seeing how nice it actually is I hate to use it hard like I was planning and found something else to take it’s place. It is in excellent condition and not the typical beaten up CIA import, I felt very lucky to find it

The pictures speak for themselves, the original curved grip barely has any marks on it which indicates this may have been carried and used very little. A great, ready to go, complete 3rd gen package. More pics Available.
I’m on the N.E. side of Indy near I69 / I465 and willing to drive within reason to meet Face To Face. Must be a proper person, need to see LTCH and drivers license.
