Lightly used. These things are bombproof and a huge space saver. Go from 5# bar to 100# per dumbbell.
The red medical tape is removable. The knurling is a touch aggressive, especially if you’re doing things like farmer carries at 100#. But maybe I have little baby hands? Either way, it’s removable and leaves no residue.
I'm including small stands that make changing the weight easier. They work great.
These go for 395 on Amazon (plus tax puts you at 420+).
