It has the wedge on the top of the head, 1/4 hex bit, O2 wrench, bottle opener, and the ends of the two upper arms work as lanyard loops (a split ring won't slip through the gap).

Funny you should mention the ninja star. This originally had a phillips and flat head bits on the sides of the upper arms. I found that carrying it in my back pocket was like trying to carry a throwing star, no matter how I took out out of my pocket I was stabbing myself with it. I finally decided to remove the two tools, which makes it look nicer and carry easier.
